These long skirts have a elastic waistband at the back and a wide hem for twirling!! Made from organic combed cotton in Indonesia then shibori dyed in natural indigo right here in our backyard in Australia.
We tie and then dye and rinse each dress
individually. Every dress is a one-of-a-kind, the nature of the shibori
process means it is impossible to make exact copies.
Natural dyes are not 100% colourfast, so please wash separately, by hand
in cold water, with a very mild detergent. They will run the first few
times you wash them.
